Stove Top Mac n Cheese!

This mac n cheese is super easy to do! So Cheesy everyone will love it. Homemade mac is easy anyone can do it, and you don’t need many ingredients.

Ingredients:

1/2 box elbow macaroni noodles

3 cups of shredded cheddar ( from the block shred it yourself)

2 cups milk

3 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Boil the water for noodles, add some salt to it when its ready. Put your noodles in to start cooking. Cook according to package or al dente.
  2. Shredd your cheese. Get butter, milk, and flour ready.
  3. Drain the pasta, set aside. Using same pan melt the butter on low/medium heat whisk in the flour and cook about 1-2 minutes to get the flour taste cooked out, stirring alot. You don’t want to burn it. Slowly add in the milk mixing consistently until all the milk is in.
  4. It will start to thicken, add your cheese in and stir really good until its melted. Add the s&p and noodles back in. Stir and its done.
