This cake is so moist and delicious. The ingredients should be in your pantry. My daughter loves to make this chocolate cake, it’s that easy and so good.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup boiling hot water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
- Then add the eggs, vanilla extract, oil and buttermilk. Mix until all the clumps are gone, a few minutes.
- Slowly add the hot water in and mix well. It will be very liquidity.
- Spray or butter your pan. I’m using a 9×13, you can use two rounds too. Cook about 45 minutes for 9×13, and 30-35 minutes for the rounds. Check with a toothpick, if its clean its done. Enjoy!
