Tomato Bread!

I love fresh tomatoes, especially from the garden. I have so many types growing. Tomato bread is so great with fresh tomatoes. This is such an easy lunch or appetizer.

Ingredients:

1-2 French rolls

3 small tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon butter

garlic salt

mozzarella cheese

  1. Open one roll and spread some butter on top. Sprinkle garlic salt on the butter, set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Dice up the tomatoes and sprinkle the salt and garlic powder over tomatoes and mix.Give a little taste, sometimes you might need extra salt.
  3. Put as many tomatoes as you like on top of the roll and sprinkle the mozzarella right on top. Cook for about 15 minutes. Until nice and bubbly. Enjoy!

*** This recipe is using 2 rolls, so for 2 people. Double the batch and make as many as you like.
