Pepperoni Pizza EggRolls!

SO GOOD!! These eggrolls turned out delicious. I cooked them in the air fryer. They have a great crunch and are cheesy.

Ingredients:

1 package eggrolls

1/2 cup marinara

2 cups mozzarella

1 package pepperoni slices

1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning ( to your liking)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

oil for frying

  1. Slice up the pepperoni into small pieces. Mix the pepperoni, cheese, sauce and seasonings.
  2. Lay out one eggroll (like a diamond facing you) and place 2 tablespoons of mixture in the center. Dip your fingertips in some water and rub around the edge of the eggroll. Fold the one corner over, sealing it, fold in the sides and roll. Make sure it seals to the eggroll after rolling. Set onto a plate seal side down and cover with a light damp paper towel. This is so they don’t dry out. Finish the rest.
  3. Air fryer or oil. Whatever you choose. Air fryer: set to 350 degrees , put seal side down and cook 6 minutes. Don’t overcrowd. Oil: heat oil to 350 degrees, set seal side down, cook about 1-2 minutes then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy. Let rest to get some oil off or place on a paper towel, while doing the others. Don’t overcrowd. Enjoy!!
