Easy Baby Pancakes!!

These baby pancakes are so easy and healthy to make. Your baby will love them. Super simple ingredients that you will have on hand most the time. One batch makes about 8 mini pancakes, I put some in the fridge and freeze the rest so I can grab them whenever I need a breakfast. I love to use my Bear machine( baby food maker) , or blender. It grinds everything up so nice and then you just have to cook them. You can steam a whole meal for your baby and puree it, or just for single ingredients like apples. Especially in the beginning of introducing solids. I found this at the right time when I needed it.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1/2 cup of oats

1 egg

Steps:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the Bear machine or a blender and blend together.
  2. Add a little bit of butter to a skillet or saute pan over medium to low heat, and scoop some of the pancake batter( I use a teaspoon) and cook roughly 2 min then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. They cook fast so watch your heat and timing. Continue until all the batter is gone. You can make them bigger or smaller. Adjust to your babies needs.

*** you can add blueberries if you like to add more flavor and options. ( Once baby is ready, the bluberries will soften but baby will still have to chew them or cut them up when your cutting the pancake)

** I also added a few chocolate chips for my 3 year old. She loved them.

Hi there! I've always had a passion for food. Ever since I was little. I was never a picky eater, but when I had kids I had to start altering the foods we ate. Being a mother of 3 has put me to the test. I've always enjoyed to cook. As you all know kids change everything. I started cooking all the time, trying different recipes and making them from scratch. My kids love my food and like to help out, thats all I can ask for. So now here I am trying to spread the love and passion with you.
