I can never get enough of tacos, they are my favorite food. Tacos are even better when you make your own seasoning Yummmmm. You would probably have all the ingredients in your pantry. You know exactly what your putting into your food, no extra additives. I usually triple the recipe so I have extra, we make tacos once a week in my house. Just store the left over seasoning in a sealed container.
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground beef bouillon
- Mix all ingredients together. Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add 2 table spoons of seasoning to one pound ground beef. Add in enough water to cover and simmer for about half hour until most the liquid is gone. ( I like to use about one more table spoon of seasoning, but that is to my families liking. 2 is what you get in a packaged seasoning).
- Add toppings to the tacos and and there you go! Wonderful TACOS!!
