Ingredients:
1 box of rotini noodles ( or any noodle you like)
1 package of sliced peperoni ( half of package)
1 block of cheddar cheese
1 sliced cucumber into four triangles
Italian dressing:
- Cook noodles to directions on the box. drain and rinse with cold water.
- Make the dressing. Mix seasoning with canola or olive oil and white vinegar. Set aside.I double the dressing recipe so I have extra dressing just in case. This bottle has double. I use about half of it to begin with.
- Cut up the pepperoni into fours.
- Cut Up the cheese into little cubes.
- Cut up the cucumbers into fours.
- Mix it all together, pour the dressing in slowly and taste as you go. You don’t have to use the whole amount, use to your liking. I put about 3/4 of it in but its up to you. ( I like to keep a little extra just in case)
