Tasty Chicken Fajitas

Super easy marinade for the chicken. Its so good and an easy weeknight dinner. Most ingredients should be on hand and you can let it marinate for 1-4 hours which ever you’d like.

Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced thin

1 onion sliced

1 green pepper sliced

1 red pepper sliced

2 tablespoon oil

Marinade:

1 lime

1 lemon

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup vegetable oil

  1. Start by slicing your chicken breast and then set aside.
  2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
  3. Mix the chicken with the marinade, cover and put in fridge for 1-4 hours. No more than four hours!
  4. Slice up your vegetables, and when you are ready to cook the chicken. Put 1-2 tablespoon oil in a large sauté pan and cook your veggies for about 10 minutes. Set aside when done.
  5. In the same pan start to cook your chicken. Don’t over crowd the pan, you don’t want the chicken to steam, cook it in sections.
  6. Then build your fajitas
