I love buffalo sauce. Its the best to put on so many foods. Buffalo chicken and ranch is one of my favorite combinations or you can use blue cheese I just prefer ranch. You can have these as a dinner or cut them up into smaller triangles/squares and serve as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
1 pack of the flatbread (naans brand)
1 boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup franks red hot sauce
4 Tablespoons of butter
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
dash of salt
3/4 cup mozzerella
3/4 cup pepper jack
Ranch dressing
- Bring a small sauce pan of water to boil , lightly salt the water and add in the chicken. Let simmer until cooked through about 10-15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan on low heat, melt butter and hot sauce together, add the vinegar, worceshire, and cayenne. Turn it off the heat and add the dash of salt.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it into smaller pieces. Add 2 tablespoons ( per 1 cup of chicken) of prepared buffalo sauce to it, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take your flat bread out and put it on a sheet pan. Add as much shredded chicken as you like onto the flatbread, just don’t overcrowd it. Add half of the mozzarella and half of the pepper jack cheese on top, drizzle a little bit of buffalo sauce on top. Put into the oven for about 15-20 minutes. until heated through and the flatbread is a little crispy and cheese is bubbly. Drizzle ranch on top and enjoy!
