Brownies are so delicious. They are a quick and easy desert to make. There is just enough chocolate in them to please anyone. You can also add in extra chocolate chips to the batter before cooking or caramel too. The choices are endless.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoon water
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8×8 pan.
- In a medium sauce pan combine sugar, butter and water, heat up until a little boil and melted through. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips in. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Then add the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture. Spread in the pan and bake about 20- 25 minutes. ( mine took 23 minutes, but every oven is different)
