Crockpot Chicken Quesadillas!

This chicken recipe is beyond easy. Using only 2 ingredients for the meat. The crockpot does all the work for you.I love to make quesadillas out of the chicken or tacos.

Ingredients:

2 large boneless chicken breasts

1 jar of your favorite salsa

  1. Trim your chicken of any fat. I like to use boneless breasts it just makes it easier. Put into the crockpot on low for an hour. Then pour the salsa on top of the chicken. Make sure it’s covering the chicken, one jar is plenty for 2 breasts, but if you use more adjust the salsa.( this feeds 2 adults and 2 middle age kids, and we always have some left over 🙂)
  2. Cook on low about 5-6 hours shredd the chicken and you have shredded chicken for tacos or quesadillas. Super easy and delicious. Enjoy!
