Ingredients:
6 medium russet potatoes cleaned
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Clean and dice your potatoes. Try and make them the same size.
- In a 9×13 or any baking or sheet pan add the potatoes. Then add the oil and all other ingredients. Mix well and spread out so they aren’t on top of each other. Cook about 20 minutes then flip. Cook another 20-25 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
