Homemade Pancakes!

Homemade pancakes, are so easy to make. You seriously have all the ingredients in your pantry. You can add anything to them. I made regular, Banana pancakes, chocolate Chip, and peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes. My family loved every one of them.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of flour

2 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/4 cup milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

***If you like bananas add 2 mashed up bananas to the batter and mix.

  1. In a medium size bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and butter. Mix together until most of the lumps are gone.
  2. Heat up your pan on medium heat add some butter and put 1/4 cup of batter down and keep how they are or add chocolate chips, blueberries etc. Wait till you start to see little bubbles then you can flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
