Homemade pancakes, are so easy to make. You seriously have all the ingredients in your pantry. You can add anything to them. I made regular, Banana pancakes, chocolate Chip, and peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes. My family loved every one of them.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
***If you like bananas add 2 mashed up bananas to the batter and mix.
- In a medium size bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and butter. Mix together until most of the lumps are gone.
- Heat up your pan on medium heat add some butter and put 1/4 cup of batter down and keep how they are or add chocolate chips, blueberries etc. Wait till you start to see little bubbles then you can flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
