Mini Ham and Turkey Cheese Rolls!

These little sandwich’s are perfect for any occasion. I’ve done them for football, Birthday parties, hanging out with the girls and just to have a cute little lunch with the family. You can change up the meat and cheese and add veggies or change up the sauce. kids seem to love them too so its nice to have a hot sandwich that they will like.

Ingredients:

Sauce

2 tablespoon dried minced onions

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1/2 cup of melted butter

Sandwich

24 dinner rolls ( I like the Hawaiian rolls)

1/2 pound deli sliced ham

1/2 pound deli sliced turkey

1/2 pound provolone cheese

  1. Take the rolls out and slice them as a whole in half. Pre heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. On a sheet pan put rolls down and take the top half of bread off and lay down the ham across to fit, and then the cheese over the ham. Put the turkey on top and then some more cheese. Put the top piece of bread back on top.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together ( melted butter, onion and mustard).Spread the sauce evenly on top of the sandwiches then put into the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

Hi there! I've always had a passion for food. Ever since I was little. I was never a picky eater, but when I had kids I had to start altering the foods we ate. Being a mother of 3 has put me to the test. I've always enjoyed to cook. As you all know kids change everything. I started cooking all the time, trying different recipes and making them from scratch. My kids love my food and like to help out, thats all I can ask for. So now here I am trying to spread the love and passion with you.
