This mac n cheese is super easy to do! So Cheesy everyone will love it. Homemade mac is easy anyone can do it, and you don’t need many ingredients.
Ingredients:
1/2 box elbow macaroni noodles
3 cups of shredded cheddar ( from the block shred it yourself)
2 cups milk
3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Boil the water for noodles, add some salt to it when its ready. Put your noodles in to start cooking. Cook according to package or al dente.
- Shredd your cheese. Get butter, milk, and flour ready.
- Drain the pasta, set aside. Using same pan melt the butter on low/medium heat whisk in the flour and cook about 1-2 minutes to get the flour taste cooked out, stirring alot. You don’t want to burn it. Slowly add in the milk mixing consistently until all the milk is in.
- It will start to thicken, add your cheese in and stir really good until its melted. Add the s&p and noodles back in. Stir and its done.
