Teriyaki Beef Sticks!

These are the best! My family enjoys these beef sticks so much. Most of the work is done the day before. The thing that’s nice is that you don’t have to use the sticks if you don’t want to. Sometimes I don’t have time and just cook the beef, the outcome is the same.

Ingredients:

Top round steak (A thin cut of beef)

Marinade:

1/2 cup Pineapple juice or OJ

2 tablespoons oil

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 minced garlic cloves

1/2 cup brown sugar

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips and set aside.
  2. Mix the marinade together in medium size bowl. Add the beef sticks and let marinade over night or at least 10 hours in the fridge. The longer the better ( you will get the most flavor).
  3. Soak the kabob sticks in water for 30 minutes, then you can slide the beef through the sticks. If you don’t have sticks its ok. Just cook it on the grill like you normally would.
  4. Preheat a grill on low/medium heat, grill the beef sticks about 5-8 minutes rotating them and cook until done. Cooking time will vary on how thick the beef is sliced.

Hi there! I've always had a passion for food. Ever since I was little. I was never a picky eater, but when I had kids I had to start altering the foods we ate. Being a mother of 3 has put me to the test. I've always enjoyed to cook. As you all know kids change everything. I started cooking all the time, trying different recipes and making them from scratch. My kids love my food and like to help out, thats all I can ask for. So now here I am trying to spread the love and passion with you.
