Ingredients:
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon dry ground ginger
- Preheat your oven 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix the melted butter and both sugars together. Then add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla extract.
- In a smaller bowl mix together the dry Ingredients. Set aside.
- Now mix the pumpkin puree into the butter mixture until incorporated. Then add the flour mixture half at a time just until mixed together.
- Spray or butter a bread pan and then pour the batter in. Put into the oven and cook 45-60 minutes. Check around the 45 minute mark just to make sure. Mine took more towards 60 minutes but everyone’s ovens cook differently. Check with a toothpick, when it comes out clean it is done. Enjoy!
