The Easiest Mexican Dip!

This is one of my go to dips. It is so easy to make and everyone enjoys eating it. Its suitable for the most pickiest eaters or you can add some veggies and people will still love it. I’ll make it and put the dip in a crockpot on warm and its ready to go. You can make all the other food your making for a party or just a fun get together.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 jar of salsa

1 small Velveeta Mexican cheese (if you can only find the big one just cut it in half or double the rest of your ingredients)

  1. Brown the ground beef and then drain the grease. Set aside.
  2. Cut up the cheese into small cubes and on low start to melt the cheese. When about half way melted add the jar of salsa.
  3. Add the beef back in and heat slowly until all the cheese is melted and its heated through and you are done. Just need a bag of tortilla chips and your ready to eat.

***Optional***

If you like vegetables you can add in one chopped green pepper, one chopped red pepper and one can of sliced black olives. Add them in when you add the beef back in.

Hi there! I've always had a passion for food. Ever since I was little. I was never a picky eater, but when I had kids I had to start altering the foods we ate. Being a mother of 3 has put me to the test. I've always enjoyed to cook. As you all know kids change everything. I started cooking all the time, trying different recipes and making them from scratch. My kids love my food and like to help out, thats all I can ask for. So now here I am trying to spread the love and passion with you.
